Question
May 12, 1969 we bought 1500 shares in PICKERING METAL MINES LIMITED.  THE STOCK WAS COUNTERSIGNED AND REGISTERED CROWN TRUST CO.TORONTO (TRANSFER AGENT AND REGISTRAR) DO THEY HAVE ANY VALUE AT ALL.  CERTIFICATE NO. 4680 AND 4679

Answer
Unfortunately, from the information I have available, the shares have no value. Pickering had its charter cancelled in 1976 - that happens when a company fails to file its required regulatory paperwork (and pay its incorporation fees) for several years running. That usually happens because the company is out of business.
