Question
In September 1969 I opened a plan with All-Canadian  Group Distributers,
Montreal, Quebec and began monthly contribution payments to their All-
Canadian Compound Fund. I do not remember ever collecting any monies from
this fund or closing out the fund. I still have the Certificate number of the plan.I
am wondering if there is any way I could find out if this fund is still active and/or
if I might still have some funds available to me?

Answer
Bill, I am not an expert on Canadian Mutual Funds. However, if you do a web search, you will see that the All-Canadian Compound Fund was around until 2005. At that point, All-Canadian Management ran into serious regulatory trouble. One of the issues was not contacting dormant account holders, of which it appears you were one.

I don't believe the All-Canadian Compound Fund is still around, as there are no recent regulatory filings under that name. They might have merged or taken a different name. I suggest you may want to contact a broker or investment manager and see if they can track it down. Or, you might contact the Ontario Securities Commission who had the enforcement order against All-Canadian, which references the All-Canadian Compound Fund:
