I found a certificate for 500 shares in Pensec Explorations Inc. in my father's estate papers.  He purchased these from Norwich Investments Limited.  Is there any way to find out if this retains any value?

Unfortunately, from the information I have available, it appears the shares have no value. The Company went through several name changes and two reverse stock splits before becoming Canmine Resources. Canmine went into receivership and was liquidated in 2003, and it was also delisted and cease-traded. I do not believe there was any remaining value for common shareholders.
