I have three certificates for shares of Normalloy Explorations Limited, all issued in 1960. It appears that
this company is no longer in operation. Can you tell me
anything that might help with my research.

Unfortunately, from the information I have available, it appears the shares have no value. The Company had its charter cancelled in 1980. That happens when a company fails to file its required regulatory information (and pay its incorporation fees) for several years in a row, usually because they are long out of business.

You can consult a broker and have them confirm this information for you.
