I came across a stock certificate for Marboy Mines purchased in 1964. Can you tell me if this company is still in existence?

Unfortunately, from the information I have available, it appears the shares have no value. Marboy had its charter cancelled in 1973, which is what happens when a company fails to file its required regulatory paperwork (and pay its incorporation fees) for several years, which is usually because the company is out of business.
