I have 400 shares from my mother issued sept.1967
from Guaranty Trust who I dont think are in business anymore.
Any help would be appreciated.....Thank-you..john

John, from the information I have available, it appears the shares have no value. The company had its charter cancelled in 1974. That happens when a company fails to file its regulatory paperwork and pay its incorporation fees for several years, usually because they are out of business.
