Can you help me find any information on the following companies. I'm going through my late Father's belongings and found these share/stock certificates, and don't know if they have any value or not.

1) Alcourt Mines Limited, Incorporated 1953 in Ontario. Transfer agent is Guaranty Trust Company of Canada - which I believe now is being handled by TD Canada Trust.

2) Duvan Copper Company Ltd. Incorporated 1953 in Quebec. Transfer agent is Eastern & Chartered Trust Company, Montreal.

3) Goldrim Mining Company Limited, Incorporated 1953 in Quebec. Transfer agent is Eastern & Chartered Trust Company, Montreal.

4) Purdex Minerals Limited, Incorporated in Ontario. Transfer agent is Chartered Trust Company, Toronto

Alan, unfortunately, from the information I have available, it appears that none of the 4 have any value.

Alcourt had its charter cancelled in 1972.

Duvan had its charter cancelled in 1982.

Goldrim was dissolved in 1976.

Purdex was dissolved in 1970.
