I am assisting a client in trying to determine if there is any value in the certificate for this stock, which was issued in June 1963.  The transfer agent was Prudential Trust Co Ltd., which I know was sold to Guaranty Trust Co of Canada in 1964.  I know Guaranty Trust is no longer in business.  Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Jennifer, I don't have much information available on the company. It appears they did a 1 for 5 reverse split in 1971 and changed the name to Consolidated Developments Ltd. That is all the information I have.

Since Guaranty Trust imploded, I think your best approach now is to contact the Province of Incorporation and see if they have any information on the ultimate status of Consolidated Developments.
