Have a certificate for Permian Resources Ltd. indicating 1000 shares of this company that was/is incorporated in B.C.  The date on the cert. is Oct. 22, 1986.  The transfer agent is listed as National Trust Company, Limited, Vancouver, B.C.  The Certificate number is 0943.  There is another reference number: "CT 1230"

Scott, from the information I have available, I cannot find any current value. The Company did a 1 for 4 reverse split and became M.L. Cass Petroleum. M.L. Cass ran into financial difficulty and was unable to find new financing and new projects, and was delisted by the TSE in 2001. In 2002, Alberta, Ontario and B.C. slapped them with cease-trade orders for failure to file required regulatory documents. That seems to be the last time the company filed anything, and the cease-trade orders remain in effect.
