Question
how do I fine out if my shares are still good
I have 500 shares of North American Rare Metals Limited

Answer
Paul, if my information is correct, there might be some value.

North American did an unusual reorganization and split into two companies. Shareholders received 1 share of NAR Resources for every share of North American held, and 1 share of Sunstate International for every 10 North American held. The Sunstate has no current value, but the NAR did a merger into Titanium Corp. (I believe NAR holders received approximately 1 share for every 3 NAR shares held, but not sure on the exact ratio). Titanium is still around - it trades on the Venture Exchange for about 65 cents per share.

You need to contact Titanium's transfer agent, Equity Transfer, at www.equitytransfer.com. They can confirm if your certificate is still valid and how many Titanium shares you may own. They can also reorganize the old shares for you into the new shares.
