I currently came across 200 shares that were purchased in 1985 for Curran Bay Resource Ltd. Are they still around and are the shares any good?

Unfortunately, from the information I have available, there is no current value. The Company was delisted by the Alberta Stock Exchange in the late 1990's, then began trading on the CDN. The stock was subject to a cease-trade order in 2002, and that order remains in effect. That suggests they were not able to correct their problems and there is no current market for the shares.
