Question
Recently, I unearthed an old share certifcate in my name and dated 16 Aug 1967 for 45 shares in Dynacore Enterprises Ltd.
I had originally bought shares in North Devon mines as this seemed a more likely project. But shortly afterwards, North Devon was taken over by Dyncore Enterprises. Can you please advise whether Dyncore Enterprises ltd. is still in businss and whether my 45 shares have any intrinsic value.

Unfortunately, from the information I have available, it appears the shares have no value. The Company did a 1 for 3 reverse split and changed its name to Dynaco Resources. Dynaco was dissolved in 1980, and I don't believe there was any value for common shareholders.
