Midland Nickel Corporation Limited; The Royal Trust Company, Toronto is transfer agent and registrar

Revenue Properties Company Limited; National Trust Company, Toronto is transfer agent and registrar

thank you

Answer
Nancy, from the information I have available, this is what I found:

Goldrim was dissolved in 1976 - it does not appear there was any value for shareholders.

Midland Nickel merged into Materials Protection Technologies on the basis of 1 new share of Materials for every 0.448625 of a share of Midland. Materials Protection failed to file its required regulatory information and was delisted and cease-traded by several Provinces in 2001. It did continue to trade on the Pink Sheets in the US, and last quote was $0.0001 per share, give or take a zero.

Revenue Properties was acquired in 2008 by Morguard Corp. on the basis of 0.33 of a common share of Morguard for every share of Revenue. Morguard trades on the TSX for about $23.31 per share. You need to contact Morguard's transfer agent, Computershare (www.computershare.com) to determine if the Revenue shares are valid. If they are, Computershare will get the Revenue shares reorganized into the Morguard shares. Also, there should be dividends due, and Computershare should be able to help you with those as well.
