Question
Any value in the following stock certificates?
Aldermac Copper Corporation, Ltd. issued 1945
Virginia Red Lake Mines Limited issued 1945
Kamcon Mines Limited issued 1969
Ultra-Shawkey Mines Limited  issued 1956

Answer
Jim, from the information I have available, this is what I found:

Aldermac was dissolved in 1980, and it does not appear there was any value for shareholders

Virginia Red Lake had its charter cancelled in 1957. No value for shareholders.

Ultra-Shawkey did at least 1 reverse split and several name changes before having its charter cancelled in 1973 - no value for shareholders

Kamcon merged into another company and became a subsidiary of Nerco Minerals Canada, which itself was a subsidiary of NERCO. NERCO was eventually acquired for cash in the early 1990's, but I have no idea what happened to Nerco Canada, or even what Kamcon shareholders received for the first merger. Therefore, I suggest you contact a broker to see if they can untangle the confusing mix of companies and see if they can determine if there is any value.
