In my mother's files, I came across two original stock certificates issued by your trust company for Terramar Resource Corporation. The cert numbers are 15117 and 15549, names are Elmon O (E O) and Virginia W Lewis, dated 27 Jan 1988 and 25 Jan 1989. Could you tell me if these stock are still valid and their approximate current value per share. Thank you and best wishes. dan

Daniel, from the information I have available, it appears the shares have no current value. Terramar had serious financial trouble beginning in 1989 and was delisted by the Vancouver and Toronto Stock Exchanges in 1991. The stock was also cease-traded by Ontario and British Columbia, and those cease-trade orders remain in effect today. That suggests the company has not rectified the problems, and I cannot find any evidence that the company was ever able to correct its issues and begin trading again.
