My father passed away a few years ago and we found delivery receipts for ACCRA Explorations Ltd. shares. How can we find out if they have any value and if they were sold.  We have the certificate no. but can't find the actual certificate.

Loretta, the company's transfer agent will know if your father is still registered as a shareholder. ACCRA went through 2 name changes and two reverse stock splits (a 1 for 8 and a 1 for 3) and is now Sumtra Diversified. Sumtra is still around - barely - the transfer agent last listed for them is Equity Transfer (www.equitytransfer.com). I would E-mail Equity and see if they have any information for you.
