I have the original certificate of 50 shares of Delta Minerals Corporation from 1965 countersigned and registered by Guaranty Trust Company of Canada, Montreal, does it have any value?

Unfortunately, from the information I have available, the shares appear to have no value. Delta had its charter cancelled in 1974, which is what happens when a company fails to file its required regulatory information (as well as pay its incorporation fees and taxes) for several years running, usually because the company is already out of business.
