i found old stock certificates for this co.given to me when i was a child. any info on this company ?

Unfortunately, from the information I have available, it appears the shares have no value. Buffalo Canadian was dissolved in 1960, which is what happens when a company fails to file its required regulatory documents (and pay its fees and taxes) for several years in a row, which is usually because the company is already out of business.
