I was going through my deceased husband papers and I found shares of "Dallas Petroleum Resources Inc." ,incorporated under the laws of the province of Ontario.The shares were purchase in December of 1981,the date on the certificate is Nov.25 1981.
Any information will be appreciate.

Unfortunately, I have little information on the Company. They changed the name (and likely did a reverse stock split) in 1988 and became AML International. That is all the information I have available. If there is a transfer agent listed on the certificate, I would contact them first. If not, you could try the Province of Incorporation (Ontario) and see what information they have. Or, you could take the certificate to a broker and ask them to perform a more detailed search for you.
