Found this certificat in my deceased father papers, is it worth something:  1000 shares of McMarmac Red Lake Gold Mines Limited, issued on June 23 1955.

Unfortunately, from the information I have available, the shares have no value. The Company had its charter cancelled in 1978 - that is what happens when a company fails to file its required regulatory documents (and pay its fees and taxes) for several years running, usually because the company is already out of business.
