i want to change my name from jacky girotra to jatin girotra.but in my all certficates my name is jacky girotra.what could i do.how i can change my name.

For stock certificates, the Transfer Agent for each company (listed on the certificate) can reissue the new certificates under the new name. They will likely require documentation, such as a birth certificate, to make the change. However, you may find the trouble (and the cost - the agent will charge you, probably over $100 per certificate) to not be worth it.
