The Company went through numerous name changes and several reverse stock splits and is now Xgen Ventures Inc. I believe he transfer agent is Equity Transfer (www.equitytransfer.com) - contact them to determine if your certificate is valid and, if so, how to get the shares reorganized into the new shares.
