Question
I had purchased shares from e.a.manning back in 1991 in a gold company named Willingdon Ressources Ltd.. Would you have any info on what ever happened to these shares. THanks Jake

Answer
Jake, from the information I have available, the company went through several name changes (and reverse splits - I know they had a 1 for 4, but I think there were others) and is now ATSI Communications. The stock is a US company now, and only trades on the OTCBB for about 4 cents per share. I suggest you review their filings on EDGAR at www.sec.gov. In there they should give the contact information for their transfer agent, who will be able to determine the current value of your shares and also will be able to reorganize them into the current company.
