Hello,

I recently found some stock certificates for AURLOT EXPLORATIONS LTD. and SOOCANA EXPLORATIONS LTD.

Can someone confirm if these companies still exist and where I can find more information on them.

From the information I have available, Aurlot went through numerous name changes and at least one reverse split (a 1 for 5). They are currently Canada Lithium, which trades for about 55 cents per share. You need to contact the current transfer agent, Equity Transfer (www.equitytransfer.com) regarding the validity of your shares.

Soocana became Plata-Peru Resources after a 1 for 2 reverse split. Plata ran into serious financial trouble and was suspended, delisted and cease-traded. Those cease-trade orders remain in effect 8 years later, which suggests they were never able to solve their serious problems.
