I have 515 shares of Castlestar Capital Development Corp but have no idea of if this company still exist. If it has changed names how do I find out the value of the shares. They were bought in 1990.

Unfortunately, from the information I have available, those shares have no current value.

Castlestar did a 1 for 5 reverse to Southern Frontier Resources, which amalgamated with some other companies to become Planetsafe Enviro. Planetsafe was later cease-traded and delisted. Southern Frontier shareholders also received 1 share of Inland National Capital. Inland was the subject of some serious regulatory issues in several Provinces, and I don't believe anything became of the stock.
