Hello,
My dad recently left me stock certificates for Copperstream-Frontenac Mines Ltd. I think the new name of the company is GlobexMining.  Are these certificates(from the 1960s) still valid? Thank you

Kevin, from the information I have available, Copperstream-Fontenac had its charter cancelled in 1976. That happens when a company fails to file its required financial information (and pay its taxes and fees) for several years in a row, usually because they are already out of business. I have no information that indicates that it ever became Globex Mining.
