Unfortunately, I have no information on Howey Oil, but it does predate much of the information I have available. Considering the great age of the certificate, you can try contacting the Province of Incorporation (listed on the certificate) and see what information they have available, or take the certificate to a broker and see if they can perform a more detailed search for you.

For Bahn, it did a 1 for 10 reverse split and became Consolidated Bahn. The company went bankrupt in 1997 and was then cease-traded and delisted. I don't believe the company ever came back from its bankruptcy and therefore the shares have no value.
