I have a stock certificate Dated June 28,1988 for 250 shares Issued at $1.00 each.Purchased from Durham Securities Corporation Ltd. securities Dealer Certifacate No CO233 for stock in WHITNEY BAY RESOURCES INC. Can you tell me if these shares have any Value at this time. Thanks you Cecil Knight

Unfortunately, from the information I have available, the shares have no current value. The Company went through at least 2 name changes and became Halozone Technologies. Halozone ran into serious financial trouble in 1996 when the bank called all their loans, all the officers and directors quit, the stock was delisted from the exchange, and the stock was suspended and cease-traded. Those cease-trade orders remain in effect today.
