I have what I'm thinking is worthless Star Grp Newpaper Network stock from good old EA Manning, early 90's. Does this company even exist?

Unfortunately, it appears your thinking is correct. The Company went through several name changes and became eStation.com. eStation ran into financial trouble and was suspended, delisted and cease-traded in 2003. Those cease-trade orders remain in effect. In 2004, the company's lender foreclosed on its assets, so there is little chance the company could have ever been restored to trading.
