Question
While going through my gandfather's papers I found the following
Cabot Yellowknife Gold dated Nov 26 1945
Big Nama Creek Mines Limited date Jul 20,1964
Sun Bear mines Limited dated Jul 17,1944
West Red Lake Gold Mine Limited, Nov 28,1945

How can I find out if they are they worth anything?

Answer
From the information I have available:

Cabot Yellowknife has no value. It had its charter cancelled in 1957.

Big Nama did a 1 for 2 reverse stock split and became Amco Industrial Holdings. I have no information about Amco after 1985.

Sun Bear has no value. It had its charter cancelled in 1976.

West Red Lake has no value. It had its charter cancelled in 1975.

For the Big Nama/Amco, I suggest you contact a broker and see if they can perform a more detailed search and maybe they can find additional information.
