Question
My recently deceased father had shares bought in 1955 in Monpre Uranium Exploration Limited...Is it still possible to sell these and if so, how if the company is no longer in existence? Thank You

Answer
I have been asked about Monpre often, which suggests there are many certificates floating around out there. Monpre did 2 reverse splits and became Techoldmin Ltd. Techoldmin seems to have left Canada and was last traded in the US on the Pink Sheets for a very nominal amount, but I have no information on its ultimate status. However, evidence suggests there is no current value and the company is no longer in business.
