I purchased 300 shares of July Resources Corp from
Gordon-Daly Grenadier Securities May 8, 1989.
Do they have any value now.

From the information I have available, the company amalgamated with One Signature Financial on the basis of 1 share of One Signature for every 10 shares of July held. One Signature ran into trouble with the regulators and ran short of money several years ago and was delisted from the CNQ. They also stopped filing their required financial information with regulators. For that reason, the stock was cease-traded in 2007, and that order remains in effect. Therefore, there is no current market for the shares.
