Question
Hi Steve, I inherited share certificates in NATIONAL EXPLORATIONS LTD (which I have found to have become FIRST NATIONAL URANIUM MINES LTD) and URANIUM RIDGE MINES.  Do these certificates have any potential value or should I just throw them away?  Thank you for your advice.

Answer
Richard, from the information I have available:

National Explorations did do a 1 for 6 reverse split and became National Uranium. National Uranium sold their assets to Gramera Mercantile on the basis of 1 share of Gramera for every 10 National Uranium shares. Gramera did a 1 for 5 reverse stock split and became Groundstar Resources, which is still around - it trades for about 35 cents per share on the TSX Venture Exchange. You will need to contact the current transfer agent, Computershare (www.computershare.com) about reorganizing the old shares.

Uranium Ridge has no current value - the Company was dissolved in the 1970's.
