They were an empty shell looking to merge with a private company but in 2001 they stopped making their required regulatory filings and were slapped with a cease-trade order by the Ontario Securities Commission. That Cease-Trade order is listed as active, which suggests the company was never revived. However, you should consult with a broker and see if they can confirm the information or find any additional information.
