From the information I have available, the Company did a 10 for 13 stock consolidation and became Interprovincial Venture Capital Corp. Interprovincial was slapped with a cease-trade order in 2002 after they stopped filing their required financial information. Since they have not filed anything since 2001, that order remains in effect and the stock has no trading market.
