Question
I bought Gordex Minerals stock from Rosmark Corp in the mid
1980 and would like to know if this company was dissolved and
when. Latest news I can find is from 1988.

John, from the information I have available, the company was cease-traded in 1989, then delisted in 1990. However, even though it was no longer traded, I believe the company was still around until at least 1995, and that is where my information ends.
If there is a transfer agent listed on the certificate, I would contact them first. You can also try the Province of Incorporation and see what information they have available, or contact a broker and see if they can perform a more detailed search for you.
