I purchased 300 shares in 1990 through E.A Manning and would like to know if this company is still in operation.I understand that E.A Manning was shut down by the govt.

Dan, from the information I have available, the Company did a 1 for 20 reverse stock split and became Stratic Energy. Just last week, Stratic was acquired by Enquist PLC on the basis of 0.089626 of an Enquist Share for every share of Stratic. You can find more at Enquist's website, http://www.enquest.com/ You will need to contact them to confirm if they have you listed as a shareholder.
