found some certificates which I purchased years ago kintla explorations limited (AB), jaguar equities inc (BC), and MCB investments corp, I want to find out if they are of any value of these companies.

Jackie, from the information I have available:

Kintla has no value. The company was struck from the corporate register in 1990.

Jaguar did 2 reverse stock splits (a 1 for 5, followed by another 1 for 5) and became Advectus Life Sciences. Advectus ran into financial difficulty and was delisted from the TSX Venture in 2004, although they continued to trade in Germany. I have no information after that.

MCB was suspended and delisted in 2002.

For the Jaguar/Advectus, I would suggest you contact a broker to see if they can find any details of the Germany trading and what ultimately happened to the company.
