I own a stock certificate for 200 shares of Waite Dufault Mines Limited Stock which was issued on April 21, 1967.  What is the current value of this stock?  If I wanted to liquidate the stock, where and how would I do so?  Please advise.

Sol, from the information I have available, the shares have no current value. They did a 1 for 10 reverse stock split and became KPI International. KPI suddenly stopped making their required regulatory filings in the late 1990's and were suspended and cease-traded. Those cease-trade orders remain in effect.
