Can't find them
Do they still exist

Unfortunately, from the information I have available, the shares have no current value. The Company had its charter cancelled in 1975, which is what happens when a company fails to file its required financial and regulatory information (and pay its fees and taxes) for several years in a row. That is usually because the company is already out of business.
