Hello Experts: I would like to know if you could find any information about a company called Triform Mining Ltd? The certificate says it was incorporated in British Columbia and the transfer agent is Guardian Estates and Agencies Ltd. It is dated 1964. Thanks for your time.

Curt, from the information I have available, the Company went through a couple of name changes and became Lucky Strike Resources. They have had a lot of ups and downs, and are currently on a down - the stock trades for about 1 cent a share. You need to contact the current transfer agent, Computershare (www.computershare.com) to determine if your old shares are still valid and, if so, to get them reorganized into the new shares.
