Edward, from the information I have available, Roy Silver and Tormont are the same company - Roy did a 1 for 6 reverse split and became Tiara Mining, which later did a 1 for 3 reverse split and became Tormont Mines. Unfortunately, they are all worthless - Tormont had its charter cancelled in 1978.
