I own shares in Jacobus Mining Corporation Limited, issued in 1968.  It was incorporated in Ontario and its charter was revoked in 1976.  Do you know if it was ever recharted or it the stock I hold is worth anything.

From the information I have available, there has been no change in the company's status. It has been my experience that very few companies that have been revoked ever reactivate, and the few that do are done in the first few years. After that time, the additional regulatory hurdles as well as the existing problems that caused the revocation in the first place make reactivation an unappealing and very expensive proposition.
