I have an old stock certificate from FANO Mining & Exploration Inc.It was issued through the Crown Trust company in either Montreal or Toronto. Any idea how I can determine if it is worth anything. I believe FANO was later called FANEX Resources Limited.

Frank, you are correct - Fano did a 1 for 7 reverse split and became Fanex Resources. Fanex is a company I have been asked about several times before, and unfortunately, I have no information on them at all after the name change. I suggest you contact a broker and see if they can perform a more detailed search for you.
