I was going over my fathers finances an i found a certificate it is E.A Manning Limited from 1988 the description is Golden Eagle Res.Inc i would like to no what it is worth an where to get more info

Robert, from the information I have available, the shares have no current value.

The Company became Golden Eagle Capital, which did a 1 for 30 reverse split and became Points North Digital. Points North became Peragis, which was delisted and cease-traded in 2001. Those cease-trade orders remain in effect, but the company applied for an amendment to those orders in 2008 in order to try to reactivate the company. I have yet to see any tangible evidence they have made any progress towards a return to trading, so at the moment, there is no market for the shares.
