Debra, the company went through numerous name changes as well as capital changes. Today, it is KHD Humboldt Wedag, but KHD is splitting into 2 companies itself very shortly. Therefore, the family needs to contact the current transfer agent as soon as possible. I believe it is Mellon (www.cibcmellon.com).
