Question
I bought 200 stock MANY years ago.  It disappeared from any brokerage people I could check on.  No news at all. Do the certificates I have entitle me to any compensation from the present owners of said mine?  I read that it is now being worked again.
Thank you,
Joni

Answer
From the information I have available, the company became O'Brien Energy %26 Resources before being delisted in 1988.

Mines are just real estate - they change hands all the time. Like a house, it is not unusual for an exploration or mining property to go through numerous owners throughout its lifetime. There is no chance you personally would have any claim on the current property and the profits.
