Question
i found some stock certifactes, that i forgot i had, for prago resources & energy inc, tritex petroleum corp. i want to know if they are still good, if so are they woth anything.

Answer
From the information I have available:

Prago went through numerous name changes and reverse stock splits (a 1 for 5, a 1 for 10, a 1 for 4, a 0.6 for 1, then another 1 for 10) and became Thistle Mining. Thistle ran into serious financial trouble and was delisted and shut down in 2009. To date, I don't believe there has been any value for shareholders.

Tritex went through several name changes and at least one reverse split (a 1 for 10# and became Jemtec, which is still around. It trades on the TSX Venture for about 71 cents per share. You need to contact the current transfer agent, who I believe is computershare #www.computershare.com) to determine if your shares are valid and, if so, how many shares you currently have and to get them reorganized into new shares.
