I have no information on Inspiration, although it predates most of the information I have available.

Due to the great age of the certificate, it is unlikely there is a transfer agent listed on the certificate. I suggest contacting the Province of Incorporation and see what information they have. Or, contact a broker and see if they can perform a more detailed search.
