Question
Are any of these of any worth today, mostly purchased in the 60s?
Consolidated Manitoba Mines Limited. purchased Jan 7 1972
International Chemalloy Corporation
Kirkland Townsite Gold Mines
Headway Red Lake Gold Mines Limited
Farwest Mining Limited (not the one incorporated in 1996)
Really appreciate your insight.

Thank you,
Jean

Answer
Jean, from the information I have available:

Consolidated Manitoba was dissolved in 1977. No value.

International Chemalloy did a 1 for 100 reverse split, followed by a 1 for 40 reverse, and became Atlantis Systems. Atlantis is trading for 2 cents per share. Because of the reverse splits and the current low share price, you would have to have a massive amount of shares in Chemalloy to have much value at all today. The current transfer agent is Computershare (www.computershare.com) who you can contact about the old shares.

Kirkland did a 1 for 3 and eventually became KT Resources (1981). KT was cease-traded in 1984, and that order remains in effect.

Headway did a 1 for 20 to became Wayfair Exploration, which was cease-traded in 1984 as well. That order is also in effect.

Farwest had its charter cancelled in 1975. No current value.
